This is to inform all candidates who obtained a score of 150 and above in the 2015/2016 UTME examination conducted by JAMB, and chose Federal Polytechnic

Oko as their and/or second choice insttitution, that the sale of forms for the Post-UTME Admission screening exercise has commenced.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Eligible candidates for the Post-UTME screening test are required to purchase scratch card from any of the prescribed banks nationwide at a fee of N1,000

Applicants are requested to visit the institution's information and communication Technology (ICT) Centre, Oko Campus to fill and submit their forms

online.


Thereafter, examination date and venue will be relayed to qualified candidates through SMS and email (Candidates should ensure they enter complete and

correct mobile phone number, email address  as well sponsor's mobile phone number and email address while filling the application forms online)



The aptitude test shall be computer based (All candidates will take the test using computers)

Ensure you use a recent and correct passport photograph during application as this would be used subsequent screening exercises.

 Kogi State University, Ayingba for the 2015/2016 POST UTME FIRST CHOICE (MOST PREFERRED INSTITUTION ONLY),   Computer-Based Test (CBT) in their subject combinations similar to UTME , date:

 Tuesday 1st  -  Tuesday 8th September, 2015 for UTME candidates only.

Qualifications For Screening
UTME Candidates (100 level). Only candidates with UTME score of 180 and above and with requisite minimum of Five (5) O’level Credit passes in the relevant subjects, including English Language (and Mathematics for programmes in the Faculties of Natural Sciences and Education) at not more than two sittings, are eligible to attend the screening exercise.

Registration for Screening
Registration for the Screening Exercise will commence from Monday. 10th August, 2015 and closes on Thursday 27th August, 2015 at midnight.

Details of the registration procedure are as follows:
1. Candidates are to pay into Kogi State University Post-UTME Account No. 1130036448, Bank Name: Any Branch of Zenith Bank Plc through X-PATH Platform, Amount : 2700 (Two thousand Seven Hundred Naira Only) i.e One thousand Five Hundred Naira for Registration/Screening and One thousand Naira for Result checking) and bank charges of Two Hundred Naira
Candidates are to obtain a PIN from the bank after the payment of 2,700(Two Thousand Seven Hundred Naira Only).

2. Candidates should visit any cyber café to register online on the institution’s portal www.ksuportal.edu.ng and follow the instructions accordingly.

3. Candidates will be required to upload a scanned copy of their passport photographs (file size: not more than 20kb) with RED Background.

4. Candidates are to print out their respective Schedule Slip or Registration Slip containing Date and Time Schedule for the test. The print-out of the Schedule Slip or Registration Slip and the print out of The UTME Original result slip with your passport photograph on it(If you do not have this document, must be brought to the screening venue for submission to Screening Officers. The print out must be in colour.

5. Candidates MUST arrive at the Professor F.S Idachaba Lecture Theater One Hours before their scheduled screening time, to ensure proper briefing and accreditation.

6.  Candidates are to adhere strictly to their schedules.
Candidates are prohibited from coming into the examination hall with phones handsets, flash drive, modem, Biro, pencil and/or any electronic gadgets.

POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE FOR 2015/2016 ADMISSION

This is to inform all UTME candidates who applied for admission into first Degree Programmes of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike and scored 180 and above that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for the 2015/2016  admission into the University will hold at the University Campus on Thursday 20^th and Friday, 21st   August,2015.

DAY 1: Thursday 20/8/2015

Morning Session

(a)All Programmes in the College of Engineering &  Engineering Technology(CEET).

(b)All Programmes in the College of Physical & Applied Sciences(COLPAS)

(c)Some Programmes in the College of Agricultural & Science Education (CASE)

Afternoon Session

(a) All Programmes in the College of Natural Sciences (COLNAS)

(b) All Programmes in the College of Veterinary Medicine(CVM)

(c) Some Programmes in the College of Agricultural & Science Education(CASE).

 Eligibility:

All candidates who scored 180 and above and made Michael Okpara University of

Agriculture, Umudike  their first choice are eligible.

Requirements:

(1) Candidates are required to register online for the screening exercise by logging on to the University websites at www.mouauportal.edu.ng  and thereafter follow the prompts.

(2). The cost of processing fee is two thousand five hundred naira(N2,500.00), excluding bank charges.

(3) Candidates are requested to select their payment mode, either online payment or bank deposit slip and thereafter visit the portal to complete their registration. The list of collecting banks are First Bank , Ecobank, Access Bank, Union Bank, Zenith Bank, Diamond Bank, GT Bank & Skye bank(In all their branches throughout the Nigeria).

Candidates for morning session should report at 7.30 am while those for afternoon session should report at 12 noon on each day of the exercise with the following:

i.             Printout of the completed online registration form

ii.            Copy of their original  JAMB result slip bearing their photograph.

iii.          Writing Materials (e.g. Pen, HB Pencil, Eraser).

Information on venues for each programme in the respective Colleges and other related issues concerning the exercise would be available on the University website and would also be widely circulated on campus.

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MONDAY , 17^TH AUGUST,2015

Candidates should note that the use of handsets, scientific calculators and other electronic devices will not be allowed during the screening exercise, while incorrect on-line registration will not be captured in our data base.

 Results of the screening exercise could be accessed at the University Website from Saturday 22nd, August, 2015.

1. Dental Technology - Wed. 19th, to Friday 21st August, 2015
2. Dental Therapy - Monday 24th to Wed. 26th August t, 2015

The RE-SCHEDULED dates are as follows:

i Dental Technology- Thursday 27th, Friday 28th and Monday 31st

August, 2015

ii Dental Therapy -Tuesday 1st, Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd,

September 2015.

SCREENING EXERCISE OF UTME CANDIDATES FOR THE 2015/2016 ADMISSION
This is to bring to the notice of all prospective candidates who chose the College and had scored 150 and above in the 2015 UTME; that the Screening Exercise for Admissions into the Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy, Enugu will take place as follows:

A. Prospective candidates are to pay the sum of N2,000.00k (Two thousands) naira only at any UBA branch nationwide with the ACCOUNT NO: 1015769933

NOTE:
A: Applicants are advised to make extra-financial provisions as may be required for other exigencies as the SCREENING EXAMINATION is a COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT).

B. Candidates are required to bring along the Bank Teller to the College's Bursay Office for collection of PTUME REGISTRATION ACCESS CARD.
NOTE:
The PUTME-REGISTRATION CARD is to be used for ONLINE Registration on the College Portal- http://portal.fedsdtten.com

C. Candidates are as well required to print copies of the completed application form and also keep the Bank Teller for the purpose of the Screening Examintion.
